School of Sugarcraft / Courses
The Wilton Method® Courses are the perfect choice, whether you're a complete beginner or want to perfect your decorating skills with buttercream, Royal icing or fondant, these fun and certified courses are for you!
We recommend that you take the courses in order, especially if you are a beginner as it will help you build your skills in a logical way. In each course you will learn a variety of techniques using a particular edible medium: Course 1 - Buttercream, Course 2 - Royal Icing, Course 3 - Fondant (sugar paste) and Gum Paste (flower paste). You will be awarded a Certificate of Completion on full attendence of each course.
